Wrap up/Reflection

Technology is important because people may use it everyday. People use it for their jobs, college, high school, and elementary. Even after people retire they may use technology. Being able to communicate over technology. You can keep in touch with people miles or countries away from you.
The type of technology we use for school work is computers. People are always researching information for projects, so its also important to know how to search good and get good information. For personal use, I use the computer, IPod, and my cell phone. I always put new music on my IPod, and I'm usually on Tumblr and Facebook on my computer. I think I might never again use a podcast or avatar. But, I might use my Delicious account. My favorite thing that I got to create was the Delicious account; I loved looking at the pictures on there! My least favorite was probably the widgets and gadgets because I got confused on where they were supposed to go and such. But, I feel like I learned alot from Online A.

Audio Blog

To make my 2 avatars, I used 2 differnet websites. The first one I used was Voki.com and that website works better if youre using a cartoon with sound. The second website I used was called Blabberize.com. Blabberize was a little harder to use because you had to adjust the mouth of the picture you picked so that it would move. I liked Voki better. You could use these in History, Science, and Math classes. Even choir!

Leonard Jones and James E. White v. Mary J. Blige

Leonard Jones and James E. White came out with a song called “Party Ain’t Crunk”. Shortly after, Mary J. Blige came out with a song called “Family Affair.” Apparently they were both rap songs and they both had the same type of rhythm. Plaintiffs-Appellants Leonard Jones and James E. White sued Mary J. Blige, Asiah Lewis and Luchana M. Lodge, lyricists, and Universal-MCA Music Publishing, Inc. and Universal Music Group, Inc. for copyright infringement in the end. http://cip.law.ucla.edu/cases/2000-2009/Pages/jonesblige.aspx.

Tracking Teresa

Teresa gave out her family members, her age group, her e-mail address, and her hobbies. Yes, I have given out personal information before. I put my highschool, hometown, and e-mail address on Facebook. According to Deputy Krupp, the most important thing to use while on the Internet is common sense. I also watched the video on Netsmartz called "Cyberbullying: You can't take it back." The teen talked about how friend made a website where the guys rated girls that go to their school. The next day all the girls were really sad and his sister was on the website too but his friend hid it from him. The teens friend got suspended, and they were gonna kick the other teen out too. The teen said that you should be careful what you put online because you can never take it back.

Technology Article- Google News

http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/44633281/ns/today-today_tech/t/questions-answers-latest-new-facebook/
I agree with the people saying that everytime Facbook makes a new update it takes away from what people love about Facebook. In fact, they just updated Facebook, and it's really hard to view things now because everyone is not used to it. As the article said, they just want to keep improving Facebook and make it easier when in reality they're making it a whole lot more confusing.

RSS Feeds

RSS Feeds help people connect all they're blogs together so that they can see the newest posts in order. This tool could be useful so that you don't forget any cool or important websites that I might find. There are alot more people on http://www.go2web20.net/, but its alot more difficult to search and find blogs.

Technology and Me

I don't have a smart phone, I have the env3. I do have a facebook, an iPod nano, and I have a formspring. I'm not on the computer that much but I'm always on my phone. I also have a digital camera that I constantly use. I'm always on YouTube either uploading a video onto my account or watching music videos. I love watching vlogs of people discussing topics. Blogs to me are really fun to read, probably because I love hearing other peoples opinions.
